Born in La Jolla, California and raised in Phoenix,
Zannah spent the majority of her young adulthood dancing
and exploring the deserts, lakes and streams of Arizona. Many
a summer's afternoon was spent gliding through the gentle slippery
waters of Slide Rock in the secluded and untouched fairyland of
Oak Creek Canyon. This was long before Sedona became a place of
residence. During this time, it belonged to the innocent and those invited
to commune with heaven's secret garden. There were no stores or homes
about and the only noise one could hear was the rustling of the trees and
the language of the muses. Zannah, upon leaving adolescence
became a college graduate, professional modern and ballet dancer,
teacher, wife, mother, personal trainer, director of health services,
author, columnist, world traveler, speaker and messenger of wisdom.
Today, after returning to California and the ocean she left as a child,
she spends her days inspiring others to be the best they can be and to know thyself.
Zannah is essentially a professional Muse and this website is a library of her literary efforts
inspired by her childhood musings. Many are published works and others are being made
available for the first time. Enjoy. RETURN TO MENU
